hubXchange Announces the Return of the Boston Life Science Xchanges for 2025

hubXchange is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated Boston Series of Life Science Xchange Roundtable Events, taking place across six focused dates in June 2025 at the Westin Waltham Boston Hotel. Renowned for redefining executive meetings across the global life sciences community, hubXchange once again brings its unique brand of collaborative, content-rich roundtable-focused events to the Boston biotech hub.

The 2025 Boston Xchange Series will feature six full-day meetings that connect senior-level scientists, executives, and solution providers to tackle sector-specific challenges in an intimate, discussion-driven format:

Each Xchange event offers a carefully curated agenda of peer-to-peer roundtable discussions, pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings, expert-led presentations, and poster sessions, providing a uniquely interactive forum for high-impact networking and solution-driven conversation.

"At hubXchange, we believe that real progress in life sciences happens when the right people are brought together in the right environment. Our Xchanges are not traditional conferences — they are powerful, outcome-oriented platforms designed to foster honest dialogue and uncover actionable insights,” said Clarence Maguire-Swartz, Founder and Managing Director of hubXchange.

Unlike traditional lecture-based conferences, the hubXchange model emphasizes collaboration over presentation, with a focus on expert-led roundtables. The Xchanges bring together a select group of life science decision-makers and innovators to explore challenges such as:

  • Immune regulation, clinical development strategies, and immunogenicity (Immunotherapies Xchange)
  • Target selection, linker design, and toxicity reduction for ADCs (Antibody Drug Conjugates Therapeutics Xchange)
  • Bispecifics, antibody optimization, and scaffold engineering (Antibody Therapeutics Xchange)
  • Gene and cell therapy scale-up, manufacturing, and regulatory pathways (Advanced Therapies Xchange)
  • AI-driven discovery, data quality, and prediction modeling (AI in Drug Discovery Xchange)
  • RNA, ASO/siRNA modalities, delivery, and CMC development (Oligonucleotide Therapeutics Xchange)

The roundtable setting for the discussions was very helpful in keeping the meeting interactive and less lecture-like. The one-on-one meetings were also good and focused,” said the CEO of Neurology Center, a past delegate.

Excellent meeting to interact with peers in the field. The organizers did a wonderful job working with moderators to prepare a productive agenda. I also enjoyed learning and interacting directly with multiple businesses that support various AI, ML and data management solutions. The hybrid format was convenient, especially as the moderators were actively engaging the virtual attendees,” added a Senior Director at TRex Bio.

With over two decades of experience in delivering executive-level content and meaningful business connections, hubXchange continues to stand apart from other event providers through its:

  • Highly-curated roundtable discussions limited to small groups to maximize focus and value
  • Personalized Agendas offered to every participant based on their pre-made selections made ahead of the event.
  • Hand-selected delegate matchmaking and personalized agenda planning
  • Complimentary registration model that removes financial barriers to attendance
  • One-day format that minimizes disruption to busy executive schedules
  • Ongoing community engagement beyond the event day, enabling lasting partnerships
