The search for therapeutic nucleic acids has historically been dominated by serendipity and high-throughput screening approaches. However, the combinatorial explosion of both sequence and chemical space renders this problem intractable without reducing the experimental search space through rational design strategies. To address this challenge, we have developed XNAHub, a first-in-class platform that integrates modeling and molecular simulation tools to support the rational design of therapeutic nucleic acids.
