Yanjun Liu, Ph.D. is a Senior Scientist at ProtaGene with over eight years of industry experience in LC-MS method development and analytical characterization for biologics and gene therapies. She specializes in developing and qualifying advanced analytical methods for antibodies, enzymes, viral vectors, live attenuated vaccines, and nucleic acids. Her expertise includes protein sequence and post-translational modification (PTM) analysis, intact and subunit characterization, glycan and glycopeptide analysis, disulfide mapping, host cell protein analysis, and stability studies. Dr. Liu earned her Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Northeastern University and is passionate about advancing analytical technologies to support the development of innovative biologics and gene therapies.
