Xumei Wan is an accomplished biotechnology professional with extensive experience in the cell and gene therapy sector. She currently serves as Associate Director of Process and Analytical Development and Innovation at Minaris Advanced Therapies, where she leads technology transfer and innovation initiatives spanning manufacturing processes and analytical methods to ensure GMP readiness. Throughout her career, she has directed teams of scientists and engineers, advancing process and analytical development, qualification, and validation while driving strategies to reduce cost-of-goods and accelerate vein-to-vein time. With a strong background in leadership, project management, and quality systems across diverse platforms, Xumei is recognized for her ability to bridge advanced technology with effective team execution and global client collaboration. She holds a Ph.D, in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Oregon State University.
