Vicki Plaks
Dr. Vicki Plaks is Senior Director and Head of Cell Therapy Oncology Translational Research at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, with over 15 years of experience in translational medicine, biomarkers, oncology, and cellular therapies. She previously held scientific leadership roles at Genentech, Kite Pharma, and AbbVie. Her work focuses on elucidating mechanisms of response, resistance, durability of response and safety to advanced therapies. She is passionate about integrating translational science, clinical development, and product strategy to accelerate innovation and improve outcomes for patients with cancer and autoimmune diseases across research and clinical development settings, from early discovery through late-stage programs worldwide.
