Tracey Mullen is Chief Strategy Officer at Mosaic Biosciences, with 20+ years of hands-on expertise spanning in vivo and in vitro antibody discovery, lead identification, and candidate optimization. Her career spans the full arc of antibody drug discovery, from bench to commercial scale. At Biogen, she joined the antibody discovery team and led the technology transfer of the Adimab yeast display platform, building foundational expertise in in vitro selection and engineering. She then moved into in vivo discovery at Abpro, a CRO specializing in animal-based antibody generation, before taking the helm as CEO of Abveris, where she built the company into a premier destination for in vivo antibody drug discovery services. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Biopharma at Twist Biosciences, she brought that discovery depth to commercial strategy at scale. Across these roles, Tracey has worked at the intersection of science and strategy, advising programs from target identification through lead optimization and helping teams navigate the critical decision points that define a discovery program's success. She holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from MIT and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
