Tracey Mullen is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Operations at Mosaic Biosciences, where she leads corporate and commercial strategy, operations, and expansion of Mosaic’s antibody discovery capabilities. She has spent her career at the intersection of antibody discovery, platform development, and biotech company building. Prior to Mosaic, Tracey served in senior leadership roles at Twist Bioscience, including SVP of Biophama, following Twist’s acquisition of Abveris, an antibody discovery CRO where she served as CEO. Earlier in her career, she worked in antibody discovery at Biogen and Abpro. Tracey brings deep experience across in vivo discovery, single B cell workflows, and therapeutic antibody discovery and development.
