Taymar Hartman is Director, Cell Line Development, in the Biologics CMC organization at AbbVie’s South San Francisco location. She leads a team responsible for CHO cell line generation for AbbVie’s large biologics, including mAbs, ADCs and multispecific antibodies. The team has developed CHO cell lines for numerous multispecifics, and has supported countless mAbs to IND, and two to licensure. Taymar’s background spans expression vector design and expression in e. coli, yeasts and mammalian cells. She received her BS and MS degrees in Biochemistry from UC Riverside.
