Sygnature Discovery
Susanne Back is Director of in vivo Pharmacology at Sygnature Discovery, a role she assumed in September 2025. She holds a PhD in Pharmacology from University of Helsinki, Finland, and has built expertise in disease modelling and in vivo drug discovery for CNS disorders throughout her academic and industry career. Prior to joining Sygnature, she held scientific and leadership positions at Orion Pharma and Charles River Discovery Services. Across these roles, she has focused on advancing translational in vivo pharmacology approaches to support the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for neurological disorders.
