Dr. Suman K. Pradhan earned his PhD in Biophysics, where he investigated small molecule epigenetic modulators with therapeutic potential related to transcription and disease. He then conducted postdoctoral research at UCSD and UCLA, focusing on gene expression regulation in stem cells while employing a diverse array of genomics and proteomics tools. With over a decade of experience in the cell therapy field, his expertise is primarily centered on developing analytical tools, technologies, methods, and CMC strategies for CAR-T and TIL therapies. Dr. Pradhan has previously worked with leading cell therapy organizations, including Allogene Therapeutics and Atara Biotherapeutics. He currently serves as the Director of Analytical Development at Turnstone Biologics, where he is committed to advancing TIL therapies for patients with solid tumors and driving innovation in this critical area.
