Steve Sazinsky is Vice President, Protein Engineering at Ecliptic Bio, where he leads antibody discovery and engineering for multispecific antibody discovery & development in I&I indications. Prior to joining Ecliptic, Steve held leadership roles in biotherapeutics discovery and engineering at Jounce, Verseau and Kelonia Therapeutics, where he and his teams helped advance multiple programs from concept to IND and clinical development. Steve is a co-inventor on multiple patents related to antibody discovery, optimization, and Fc engineering. He earned his Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from MIT with a focus on antibody engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Princeton University.
