Srinath Kasturirangan is Senior Director of Biology at Eli Lilly and Company, where he oversees large molecule projects within the Catalyze360 external innovation program. He evaluates and structures partnerships with biotech companies and CROs across large molecule modalities and platforms. Before joining Lilly, he spent approximately 15 years working on Biologics including bispecifics, T-cell engagers, antibody-drug conjugates, VHH/nanobodies and therapeutic proteins at Boehringer Ingelheim and AstraZeneca. His work has focused on translating novel formats and platforms into tractable discovery programs, with particular interest in how format, valency, and affinity choices shape developability and clinical potential. He brings an end-to-end view from target biology through candidate selection.
