Shaun Lippow is a scientist, entrepreneur, and drug discoverer with deep expertise in antibodies, bispecifics, and ADC therapeutics. As Co-Founder and SVP Research at Celeritas Therapeutics, he leads research strategy and biologics innovation focused on advancing next-generation therapeutic platforms.

With 19 years of post-PhD experience spanning both start-up biotechnology companies and large pharmaceutical organizations, Shaun combines broad scientific leadership with a highly effective operational approach. His experience covers the full biologics discovery continuum, from target identification and mechanism-of-action studies through antibody discovery, bispecific engineering, and development candidate nomination.

Shaun has successfully led programs across multiple therapeutic modalities, including T cell engagers, cis-bispecifics, ADCs, and cytokine fusion proteins. His expertise includes affinity and potency optimization, developability assessment, bispecific format engineering, and in vivo efficacy studies, contributing to the advancement of three development candidates and supporting downstream CMC and IND-enabling activities.

An accomplished team builder and strategic leader, Shaun has extensive experience establishing and leading high-performing interdisciplinary research teams within both fully integrated biotech settings and virtual/CRO-driven operating models. He is recognized for fostering transparent, collaborative, and innovation-focused environments while effectively managing external partners, CROs, timelines, budgets, and scientific execution.
