Seth Levy
Seth joined Modalis in 2021 to spearhead chemistry, manufacturing, and control (CMC) efforts, establishing production processes and analytical development. Prior to joining Modalis, he led Manufacturing, Science, and Technology at Brammer Bio/ThermoFisher Scientific where he drove numerous gene therapy programs into and through the clinic, managed analytical and process development efforts across various modalities, and established novel production platforms. He also played a leading role in gene therapy R&D and translational programs while at Sanofi Genzyme. Seth holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from The University of Massachusetts Amherst, a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Pathology from The University of Alabama at Birmingham and was a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
