Sara Linker

Senior Principal Computational Biologist, Pfizer

Sara Linker is a senior principal computational biologist in the oncology research unit at Pfizer. She received her Ph.D. in human genetics studying the evolution of epigenetic binding sites in the context of retrotransposons. She continued on to a postdoctoral fellowship at the Salk Institute studying how epigenetic and transcriptional modulations are predictive of learning and memory at the single-neuron level. Currently, her work focuses on applying computational approaches in epigenetics and other ‘omics modalities to identify predictive biomarkers of patient response to novel therapies, novel tumor targets, and novel mechanisms of action of our proposed targets.
