Ruchi Gupta is a translational medicine and biomarker executive with more than 18 years of experience advancing innovative therapeutics from discovery through late-stage clinical development. She has led biomarker strategy and translational medicine programs across neurodegeneration, immunology, oncology, fibrosis, and rare diseases, supporting more than 11 clinical candidates. Her expertise spans biomarker discovery, assay development, patient stratification, PK/PD modeling, clinical trial design, and biomarker operations. Ruchi has held scientific leadership roles at Alector, Johnson & Johnson, Gilead Sciences, and AstraZeneca, where she has driven biomarker-enabled decision making to accelerate precision medicine and improve clinical success in CNS therapeutics.
