Rolf Turk

Dr. Rolf Turk is Senior Director of Innovation Programs at Integrated DNA Technologies and a life sciences innovation leader with more than 20 years of experience. He specializes in genome editing, nucleic acid technologies, and cell and gene therapy, with a focus on translating emerging science into scalable platforms. Rolf leads external partnerships advancing genomic medicine and internal cross-OpCo innovation across Danaher operating companies. His work has included RNA-guided endonucleases, delivery optimization, and off-target analysis supporting CRISPR translation. He also serves as Alliance Manager for the Danaher–IGI Beacon for CRISPR Cures and holds a PhD from the University of Leiden.
