Rohit Ingale, PhD, PMP, is Head of Manufacturing & MSAT at Arcellx and a biotechnology executive with more than 18 years of experience advancing innovative therapies from development through commercialization. His experience spans cell and gene therapies, immuno-oncology, viral vectors, biologics, and small-molecule medicines. Rohit has built and led manufacturing, MSAT, technology transfer, and technical operations functions at Arcellx, and previously held leadership roles at Kite Pharma, Bayer, Sanofi Genzyme, and AstraZeneca. He brings deep expertise in CMC strategy, manufacturing scalability, and operational excellence, and is passionate about fostering industry collaboration to accelerate patient access to transformative therapies.
