Qinghua Song, PhD, is Executive Director and Head of Data and Statistical Science at Kite Pharma, a Gilead Company. He has over 20 years of experience applying statistics, data science, AI/ML, advanced analytics and modeling across pharmaceutical discovery and development. His work spans oncology, immunology, cell therapy, translational science, molecular profiling, proteomics, predictive biomarker discovery, clinical development, and real-world evidence generation. Qinghua has led the development of analytical platforms and machine learning approaches to integrate clinical, translational, product, and biological data to better understand disease heterogeneity, treatment response, and patient outcomes. He is passionate about using AI-enabled evidence generation to improve discovery and development decisions and accelerate precision medicine.
