Paul Ponath is an immunologist with more than two decades of leadership experience in the discovery and development of innovative therapeutics across oncology, autoimmune, and inflammatory diseases. He has built a distinguished career advancing novel biologics from early discovery through translational development, with expertise in antibody-based therapeutics, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and immune-modulating platforms. Paul has extensive experience in the development of next-generation antibody therapeutics, including Fc-engineered antibodies, bispecific antibodies, T-cell engagers, and ADCs incorporating both cytotoxic and immune-stimulating payloads. Most recently, Paul served as Co-Lead of Payload Discovery and Platform Development at Bolt Biotherapeutics.
