Michelle Duquette, PhD is Chief Scientist, Cell Therapy at Invetech, where she leads the application sciences team, helping clients transition cell and gene therapies from clinical to commercial scale with production-ready manufacturing and automation solutions.  Michelle first joined Invetech as a Senior Applications Scientist, developing and testing protocols for clients looking to build custom cell therapy systems and then applied her scientific expertise to build collaborations with clients as Director of Business Development. Michelle holds a PhD from the department of genetics at Yale University, and she further enriched her skill set through a postdoctoral fellowship at The Scripps Research Institute. During this time, she interrogated DNA repair signaling pathways with a combination of live cell imaging, lasers, genetic, and biochemical approaches.
