Merwan Benhabib, Ph.D., is an engineering and product leader with 15+ years’ experience delivering regulated medical and sensing platforms from concept to global launch. He has led multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, and AI to develop connected devices, including Class II and Class III medical devices for Medtronic, AI-driven diagnostic platforms at OndaVia. His work integrates human factors engineering, regulatory compliance, and advanced sensing to create products that are both clinically effective and user-friendly. Merwan holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a French engineering diploma from ParisTech.
