Mayur obtained his PhD in Nucleic Acid Chemistry. After his graduation, Mayur then joined Nitto Denko Avecia Process Development team where he developed oligonucleotide manufacturing process of diverse oligonucleotides and led many scale-up projects (non-GMP and GMP) yielding up 2.5 kg of API. Mayur then joined Korro Bio where he currently leads internal operations teams composed of synthesis groups, compound management group, and analytical group. Additionally leading DS manufacturing efforts at various CMOs and draft CMC documents for regulatory filings.
