Masahito Kuroda is Director of Business Development at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, specialising in conjugation and linker chemistries for ADCs, AOCs and other bioconjugates.
After completing graduate school, he joined Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services and spent 13 years working across its life sciences, healthcare and CDMO businesses. During this time, he gained extensive experience in strategic partnerships, research collaborations and licensing transactions.
He now works closely with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to support their development programmes by leveraging Ajinomoto’s CDMO capabilities, technical expertise and cross-functional experience within the healthcare sector.
