Maria MacWilliams is Vice President of Molecular Biology at Tavotek Biotherapeutics located in Lower Gwynedd PA.  The company presently has three differentiated drugs in clinical trials.  Maria's team designs and creates novel multi-specific biologics to treat cancer and auto-immune disorders.  She has 30+ years of experience with synthetic protein design and development of novel cell-based assays in big pharma and two biotechnology startups, as well as having extensive academic experience.

Maria received her Biology B.S. from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA and her Microbiology M.S. & Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Urbana, IL.
