Lina Sui is an expert with over 17 years of experience in pluripotent stem cells (PSC) and cell product differentiation. She obtained her PhD in Medical Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and followed by a postdoctoral training in Columbia University Medical Center. After completing postdoc training, she was sponsored as a PI to investigate mechanisms of novel diabetes genes and risk variants using human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) as a model. Lina began her industry career at Century Therapeutics where she explored the analytical methods and strategy to measure the identify and potency of iPSC and iPSC-derived immuno-oncology cell products. Most recently, as analytical development leader for PSC programs at Sana Biotechnology, Lina plays an instrumental role in building the control strategy for the PSC program and establishing the bioassay functional group to support all Sana programs.
