Leon (Liang) Tian is Director of Project Management at Probio and a Subject Matter Expert in biologics CMC development. He has extensive experience across preclinical, IND-enabling, and early clinical stages, with deep expertise in monoclonal antibodies, recombinant protein, and conjugates development. Leon has managed more than 35 biologics CMC programs, supporting multiple FDA, NMPA, and MFDS IND approvals. He specializes in integrated cell line development, upstream and downstream process development, and high-concentration formulation screening. Leon holds a PhD in Biological Engineering and has a strong background in protein engineering and process development.
