Larry Brown, Sc.D., is Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President of R&D at Noveome Biotherapeutics, where he led the preclinical research and development of ST266—a novel amnion cell-derived secretome—through its clinical translation for neurodegenerative and systemic inflammatory diseases. He earned his doctorate at MIT under Professor Robert Langer.
He previously served as Vice President, Research at Baxter Healthcare and held senior scientific leadership roles at multiple biotech startups. He mentors early-stage entrepreneurs as an at the MIT Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation. He is the author of more than 100 peer-reviewed publications book chapters and patents.
