His career spans roles in Analytical Development, R&D, and cross-functional leadership in biotech startups and global organizations. At Terumo BCT, as a Senior Field Application Scientist, he drives innovation in scalable cell expansion and fill and finish systems, supporting customer applications. Previously, he led immune cell engineering teams and process development analytics, advancing CRISPR-based CAR-T therapies and AAV therapeutics. With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Marshall combines technical depth with strategic insight to accelerate therapeutic innovation and patient access.
