Kirk Pearce, PhD is a theoretical chemist with a diverse background in software development, solutions architecture, and customer success–supporting drug discovery through enterprise scientific software at every step. He currently serves as Director of Customer Success at QC Ware, where he helps scientists harness quantum chemistry and state-of-the-art computational hardware to accelerate molecular design. Previously, he held key technical and leadership positions at Chemaxon and Scilligence. Kirk’s academic journey includes a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, where he developed novel electronic structure theory methods for chiroptical spectroscopy simulations.
