Joseph (Joe) C. Grim, PhD is Director and Program Leader at Mosaic Biosciences, where he partners with clients and leads their protein therapeutic discovery programs. He guides teams through all stages of the biologics discovery process, from protein engineering and assay development to pharmacology, lead selection, and IND-enabling transition, with expertise in immunology, chemical biology, and bioconjugation chemistry. Joe holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed postdoctoral training in Bioengineering at the University of Colorado-Boulder and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
