I have been in the cell and gene therapy space for over 17 years, focusing on CMC analytics/QC and process development. I have worked on several clinical-stage programs in small biotechs and large pharma companies. The programs I have worked on range from AAV gene-therapy products, CAR T, CAR-Treg, mesenchymal stem cells, human-embryonic stem cells, and iPSCs. Currently, working as a Director in Analytical Strategy responsible for end-to-end strategy topics for a late-phase cell therapy program at Bayer.
