Jennifer Drake, PhD, is a Customer Engagement Scientist with more than a decade of experience spanning translational research, preclinical drug discovery, bioinformatics, and scientific data analysis. She spent nine years at Eurofins Panlabs, progressing to Study Director in Translational Biology, where she led CRO studies, developed data analysis and visualization approaches, and collaborated across scientific and technical teams. 

Jennifer holds a PhD in Integrative Life Sciences and a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics/Genomics from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her research background includes genomics, transcriptomics, molecular biology, and human disease models. In her current role at CDD, she combines her scientific expertise with her passion for customer engagement, helping customers translate complex research needs into practical solutions.
