Indranath Ghosh, Ph.D. is a seasoned medicinal chemist with over 15 years of experience in drug discovery, specializing in CNS, inflammation, and oncology therapies. Currently serving as Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Congruence Therapeutics, Dr. Ghosh leads the GBA1 Allosteric Modulator Program. Previously, he held senior roles at GlycoMimetics, Inc., where he advanced several high-impact programs. At Galenea Corporation, Dr. Ghosh co-led the 5HT2C-5HT6 Dual Ligand Program to discover an atypical antipsychotic with pro-cognitive efficacy. He holds a Ph.D. from Dartmouth College and conducted post-doctoral research at Harvard University, with numerous patents and publications.
