Hongjie Pan is Director of Antibody Discovery at Leveragen, where he leads innovative antibody programs leveraging heavy-chain–only and common light-chain platforms. He brings over a decade of industry experience advancing complex biologics, including bispecific, trispecific, and T-cell–engaging antibodies, from discovery through preclinical development. Prior to Leveragen, Hongjie held senior leadership roles at Harbour BioMed and Abpro Therapeutics, contributing to multiple first-in-class immuno-oncology assets. He holds a Ph.D. in Cellular Pathology from the University of Georgia and is an inventor on multiple therapeutic antibody patents.
