Glen Spraggon is Executive Director and Global Head of Structure, Bioinformatics & Data in the Biologics Research Center at Novartis, where he leads computational and experimental capabilities supporting biotherapeutic discovery and design. His organization integrates structural biology, bioinformatics, biotherapeutic modelling, AI/ML, and data science to accelerate the discovery and optimization of innovative medicines. Glen also plays a leadership role in Novartis’ AI/ML efforts for biologics, helping embed AI-enabled design and prediction into discovery workflows and connect computational approaches with high-throughput experimentation.
