Francesco Bibbiani, MD, CPI, is Vice President & Therapeutic Area Head at Avance Clinical, with over two decades of global clinical development experience in neuroscience and rare disease. Trained in neurology at the University of Pisa and the NIH Experimental Therapeutics Branch, he has advanced more than 20 programs from first-in-human through pivotal trials and global regulatory approval, including in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy. He has held senior leadership roles at Neurogene, Dyne Therapeutics, Ultragenyx, PTC Therapeutics, and Eisai, with particular expertise in innovative endpoint development and active engagement in AAN, MDS, and ISTAART.
