Francesca leads global Process and Analytical Development and Innovation for Minaris Advance Therapies, a leading global testing provider and CDMO in cell and gene therapy. Previously, Francesca held senior technical and organizational leadership roles at innovators such as Intellia Therapeutics, service providers such as Lonza Houston and co-founded a regenerative medicine startup, Stematix and has provided direction and expertise in clinical development activities, manufacturing sciences and tech transfer, and CMC strategy. She also led academic research labs at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas A&M University. Throughout 20+ years in CGT, she has contributed significantly to the establishment of successful platforms and products. Francesca holds a PhD from the University of Siena and an BS from Georgetown University.
