Previously, Erika was Chief of Staff at a leading Cell and Gene Therapy CDMO, where she facilitated cross-functional operations and strategic initiatives. Her 15-year tenure at Sigma-Aldrich, later MilliporeSigma, included roles in R&D, Product Management, and Technical Sales, all centered on cell line development and gene editing technologies. Erika’s career reflects her passion for advancing solutions in bioprocessing and gene therapy.
