She has led end- to-end CMC operations from early development through commercial manufacturing for biologics programs. Throughout her career at companies including Tizona Therapeutics, Prothena Biosciences, Bayer Pharma AG and Thermo Fisher Scientific, she has driven successful technology transfers, IND submissions and MAA preparations, CDMO partnerships, and clinical supply strategies while building high-performing global teams and securing multimillion-dollar partnerships and investments.
