Dimitri Augustin, MD is a trained nephrologist and Vice President, Medical Affairs in his current role. He blends his understanding of medicine and patient-centered clinical unmet needs to drive medical affairs strategy and implement translational medicine programs to create new devices and support product life cycle through approval and commercialization. Dr. Augustin completed his medical degree and Internal Medicine training at the University of Miami. He completed Nephrology training at Stanford University. He is an inaugural recipient of the KidneyX Redesign Dialysis Innovation Prize, an alum of the Stanford Biodesign medtech innovation fellowship, and committed to bridge nephrology and medtech.
