As Senior Director of Biotherapeutics CMC at Exelixis, she leads cross-functional teams and external partners to advance development candidates from early-stage research through clinical and commercial readiness. Debola has a proven track record of accelerating development timelines, optimizing costs, managing complex CDMO networks, and driving regulatory success. She holds an M.S. in Molecular Biology from San Jose State University and an M.Tech in Biotechnology & Biochemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
