Dana Foss
CEO & Co-founder,
Editpep
Dana Foss, PhD, is a protein and RNA biochemist who co-founded Editpep with her postdoctoral mentor, Ross Wilson, at the Innovative Genomics Institute. Together, they developed a peptide-based CRISPR delivery technology and founded Editpep to translate it into in vivo genome-editing therapies. As CEO, Dana is advancing Editpep’s PERC™ non-viral platform, which enables CRISPR ribonucleoproteins to be administered as transient protein biologics, opening new possibilities for safe and effective therapeutic genome editing in the brain and other tissues. Outside of work, Dana can often be found bicycling around San Francisco with her family.
