Craig Zificsak is Associate Director of Chemistry at Adesis and has more than 14 years of experience in small-molecule drug discovery and development. Throughout his career, he has contributed to programs spanning kinase inhibitors, oncology, neurodegeneration, and other CNS-related therapeutic areas. At Adesis, Craig works closely with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to solve complex synthetic chemistry challenges, including medicinal chemistry support, custom synthesis, isotope chemistry, and route development. His experience advancing drug candidates from early discovery through development provides a practical perspective on the opportunities and challenges associated with modern CNS drug development strategies.
