Brian Tomkowicz, PhD, is Vice President, Scientific Strategy & Innovation at SK pharmteco, where he leads internal vector engineering efforts across AAV, lentiviral, and adenoviral platforms, as well as manufacturability assessment and platform development for commercial manufacturing. He has more than 15 years of biotech and pharmaceutical experience, including nearly a decade at Janssen, where he helped establish internal gene therapy and viral production capabilities. An accomplished cell and molecular biologist, Brian focuses on advancing scalable, robust viral vector technologies to support the development and delivery of next-generation cell and gene therapies.
