Will serves as Chief Technology Officer, Human-Based R&D at Danaher, driving innovation across portfolio organic and inorganic initiatives, with a focus on precision biologics discovery and development. Previously, he co-founded Pearl Bio and served as CTO, advancing precision biologics and smart biomaterials using genome and ribosome engineering. At Sherlock Biosciences, he built and led teams commercializing CRISPR and synthetic biology diagnostics. He held strategy, business development, and R&D roles at the Wyss Institute, GreenLight Biosciences, and Codon Devices. He holds a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, and a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University.
