Benjamin Borgo, PhD, MBA is General Manager of Bioproduction Cell Culture at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he leads strategy and execution for scalable cell culture solutions supporting next-generation biologics manufacturing. He has held leadership roles across R&D, product management, and business development at MilliporeSigma (Merck KGaA), Inscripta, Mekonos, Berkeley Lights, and Agilent, spanning genome engineering, cell line development, and CDMO services.
Trained in computational biology at Washington University in St. Louis and holding an MBA from Olin Business School, Benjamin is recognized for translating complex genome editing and bioproduction technologies into commercially impactful products.
