Babu is an experienced Pharmaceutical Scientist with more than 20 years of experience in process and product development for multiple biologic modalities including vaccines, cell and gene therapies. Babu is currently leading drug product development efforts at Interius for novel targeted viral vectors for in vivo generation of CAR-T and CAR-NK cells. Prior to joining Interius, Babu was heading Formulation and Drug Product Development for allogeneic CAR T cell therapy products at Allogene Therapeutics. His prior experience includes Vaccine Development at Merck & Co. Babu received his Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from Andhra University, India and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND.
