Aridaman Pandit is Head of Immune Profiling and Systems Immunology at AbbVie, where he leads multidisciplinary teams spanning experimental immunology, bioinformatics, and AI/ML to accelerate immunology drug discovery. With deep expertise in translational immunology and single-cell multiomics, he focuses on decoding immune responses in autoimmune disease to nominate novel targets and advance programs from discovery to the clinic.

With over 15 years’ experience bridging clinicians, immunologists, and computational scientists, Aridaman champions a quantitative, systems-level approach to immunology. His work has helped advance more than 20 targets across AbbVie’s immunology portfolio. He is the recipient of multiple internal and external awards, including VP Immunology Discovery (2023), R&D President (2024), and Discover Research Impact (2024).
