Dr. Maida is currently Chief Clinical Officer – Translational Medicine for Oncotelic, Inc. and its joint venture, SapuBioscience, LLC, focused on the immunotherapy of patients with cancer and infectious disease.  For over thirty years Dr. Maida has initiated and overseen the conduct of multiple clinical trials in multiple oncology indications with many Center of Excellence and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Dr. Maida has worked with many of the ‘Centers of Excellence’ and well as key opinion leaders (KOL) across many oncology indications. Dr. Maida holds a B.A. degree in Biology, a B.A. Degree in History, a MBA, a MA in toxicology and a Ph.D. in Immunology.  He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), the Society of Neuro-Oncology (SNO), the International Society for Biological Therapy of Cancer (iSBTc) and the American Chemical Society.
