Anindya Bhattacharya is an experienced CNS drug hunter with knowledge in neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric and pain related disorders. He is currently employed with Switch Therapeutics as Vice President, Head of Neuroscience where he oversees the CNS research portfolio, using RNAi modality. Prior to Switch, he was the Global Head of Neuroimmunology at Johnson & Jonson Neuroscience where he was responsible for the building a research team and portfolio of projects (small molecules) targeting neuroinflammation. During his career, Anindya has been involved with multiple discovery projects, many of which transitioned to the clinic. Prior to Johnson and Johnson, Anindya had brief roles in Roche and Eli Lilly. He is a graduate from SUNY Buffalo with a PhD in pharmacology.
